2. You are also strongly encouraged to add an additional layer of security by enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature. When enabled, you will be provided with a time-sensitive, randomly generated one-time password (OTP) for verification before you can securely log in to UTRADE.

To do so, simply enable UTRADE Secure on your UTRADE Mobile app.

3. Next, there will be various Terms & Conditions for you to read and accept, most of which will only appear once upon your first login. The “Terms of Use of UTRADE portfolio” however, will appear each time you login.

4. Complete a one-time acceptance of the Exchange Agreement for each market to gain access to the price feed. It is a requirement by the Exchanges to submit a one-time acceptance of Agreement prior to trading. Kindly click on the respective Exchanges for acceptance of Agreement.

To accept, you may go to the “Account” page. Select “Account Details” and follow the instructions under the “My Acceptance of Exchange Agreement” column to accept.

To view your trading limits, you may go to “Account” → “Account Limits”. For any trading limits related queries, you may contact your Trading Representative.

Old UTRADE Web Platform

Please proceed to “Account Management” and select “Account Details”. Follow the instructions under the “My Acceptance of Exchange Agreement” column to accept.

To view your trading limit, go to “Trade” → “Place Order”. For any trading limits related queries, you may contact your Trading Representative.
