- October’s Alpha Picks portfolio is reduced to 13 names, with the addition of CICT on positive rental reversions and the removal of CIT and SIE on limited near-term catalysts. September’s portfolio returned -1.0% mom market capweighted, outperforming the FSSTI (-1.4% mom) by 0.4ppt. Our price-weighted and equal-weighted portfolio fell 2.4% and 3.9% respectively, underperforming the market. OCBC, UIBREIT and SIE were the top positive contributors.
